Partnership with the Ministry of Youth
Nawaikama Youth Club is proud to be a registered organization under the Ministry of Youth and Sports. This official recognition enables us to actively collaborate with government initiatives, access vital resources, and align our efforts with national goals focused on youth development. Through this partnership, we are committed to empowering young people, building leadership capacity, and contributing to a more inclusive and promising future for the next generation. As part of our commitment to transparency and good governance, our Youth Constitution is also attached, outlining the guiding principles and structure of our organization.
The Nawaikama Youth Club Organizational Hierachy model plays an important role in connecting all levels of the Nawaikama youth structure. Through this channel, information flows between the Nawaikama Village Council, Nawaikama Urban Village Council, Nawaikama Youth, and Nawaikama Urban Youth. It also supports coordination with the Nawaikama Urban Youth Executives and the Nawaikama Urban Youth Fundraising Committee, ensuring that updates, plans, and decisions are communicated effectively among members. The channel further strengthens communication with external stakeholders such as the Ministry of Youth & Sports, allowing the youth group to stay informed about programs, opportunities, and community initiatives. Overall, the communication channel helps maintain strong collaboration, transparency, and active participation within the Nawaikama youth network.
